A Black Epidemic?

Before I moved into FortuneCity, I scouted a bunch of sites, just randomly clicking around to see who my neighbors would be. Do you know that every single site I viewed had a black background? And most of them with silver text? Eek! Is this a black epidemic? I know white backgrounds can get boring after awhile, but when you view 15 pages in a row with the same color background, it can get kind of irritating. I actually thought FortuneCity might have required users to use their colors. I finally found a site with a pink background. Needless to say I couldn't go outside for a week after being subjected to all the darkness for so long. Thanks a lot guys...(just kidding, I was very impressed with many of the sites I saw)

Dearie Me I Lost My Frames!

Net Surfers that have followed me around from site to site may be alarmed at my lack of frames. If you're new to Cloudie's Clouds then I should warn you that I love frames, lots of them. My last page had 6...one on page. They worked great. The kinds of frames I don't like are when people have so many frames, or they aren't placed correctly and the information is so squished you can only fit like one word per line. When it gets that dire, get help. I was stuck in a library once surrounded by computers with browsers that were...not frame capable. I almost had a fit! I tried to get into some sites, but most people aren't gracious enough to leave a

Hello! Some people don't have frames on their browsers, you have to point
them in a direction where they can find your info, without frames. It may
be a little extra worth, but you lose hits if you don't. If you don't know
about the <PRE> <NOFRAMES> </PRE> tag, jump on the net and look for a place
with an explanation of frames, it's sure to be included. Alright, I have
derailed, massively. Let me just say that my page will definately be framed,
